Emprise Partners announces that its client, Dix Communications has completed the acquisition of Mock Woodworking Company www.mockwoodworking.com a manufacturer and designer of architectural woodworking and millwork located in Zanesville, Ohio. Founded in 1954, Mock Woodworking collaborates with architects, designers, contractors and end users and focuses on custom products, in-store fixtures, hospitality, and corporate, healthcare, academic and public buildings.
Founded in 1890, Dix Communications www.dixcom.com is a fifth generation family-owned business headquartered in Wooster, Ohio. Dix Communications owns radio stations an ad agency and until recently community newspapers in Ohio and Kentucky.
